In 2008, COTA Victoria is continuing our program of local, metropolitan and regional ‘Have Your Say’ seniors’ gatherings, forums, and discussion group.

Conversations with Seniors on Important Issues

For example:

  • What makes life worth living ?
  • What makes it harder than it needs to be ?
  • Can you think of any services that could better support your way of life ?
  • Health, housing and transport ideas for Age friendly cities
  • Pensions, superannuation and taxation
  • Working, retiring, and volunteering
  • Life-long learning, recreation and leisure needs
  • Attitudes to life and ageing.

Each Discussion Group session will be a conversation about some of the big issues, and will also provide an opportunity to listen to local concerns and 'hot' issues.  Your views are important.

These conversations will improve COTA’s work on your behalf.  COTA Victoria is the Voice of Victorian Seniors.  We work with State and Federal governments, to ensure the seniors’ perspective is understood.  We need your input.
