Council on the Ageing (COTA) Victoria is pleased to present two webinars for Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) providers across Australia on meeting the needs of older people who are not well digitally engaged or who face digital communication challenges related to disability.
The first part of the webinar will present COTA’s new resource guide aimed at supporting CHSP providers to use the most effective mix of digital and non-digital communications with clients.
This will be followed by panel discussion with service providers, consumers and communication experts, including audience Q&A session.
These sessions will be of interest to strategic and operational leaders responsible for quality service delivery and for communicating service information to the public.
