Proposed Residential Tenancies Regulations 2020

The draft Residential Tenancies Regulations achieves a number of improvements in the safety, affordability and rights of tenants. COTA Victoria is concerned over the limited scope of minimum standards, the lack of energy efficiency standards and the conditions set for modifications.

Review of the Retirement Villages Act 1986
