Contract and no lock-in contract options are clearly identified, and you can also filter the search results according to your energy plan preferences about payment methods, green energy sources and much more. The site is free to use and provides information only – you decide if you want to make a switch, and there is no spamming afterwards.
How to use Victorian Energy Compare
To use Victorian Energy Compare, you’ll need a copy of a recent gas or electricity bill. You will be asked to provide some information about your current energy usage, as well as some information about the size of your home or business premises and the types of appliances and heating you use.
Using that information, Victorian Energy Compare will estimate what your annual bill would be for every energy deal available. You can also select up to three retailers at once to do a side-by-side comparison of the terms and conditions.
