Partnering with Outlook to help older people to stay in their homes

For many of us, it’s important that we can stay in our own homes for longer as we age.  However, the home care system is daunting, complex and difficult to navigate. As a result, many older people are falling through the gaps – especially if they speak a language other than English, live in insecure housing, or don’t have internet access.

Outlook Community Centre is working in partnership with COTA Victoria to help older Victorians get the assistance they need.  If you or someone you know or care for needs help to understand the system and how to access it, come along to Outlook’s informative sessions. Stay at home for longer by finding out:

  • what services are available
  • who provides them
  • how to apply.
