Research project: How do you prefer to do your banking?

COTA SA are looking for people aged 65+ who have a bank account and live in regional Victoria to participate in a friendly phone interview to explore their banking preferences

We all have preferences about how we bank, whether it’s in branch, over the phone, online or delegated to trusted family. Perhaps those preferences have changed as you’ve aged or due to factors such as branch closures, technological changes or COVID-19.

COTA SA and their market insights team The Plug-in, are pleased to be working with researchers from UniSA Business School to explore the attitudes and behaviours that influence older Australians’ banking decisions. If you have a bank account and are aged 65 and over, we want to hear about your experiences!

What’s involved

The Plug-in is seeking individuals living in regional Victoria to take part in a friendly conversation during March 2021.

Conversations will be done over the phone from the comfort of your own home, using your own mobile or home phone.

If you are selected to take part in this project you will receive a $30 gift card in recognition of your involvement.
