COTA Victoria has been working hard to keep all our members in the loop during the COVID-19 pandemic. With the help of COTA Insurance’s South Australian call centre, we’ve been hitting the phones to reach out to those members who aren’t online.
COTA Victoria is looking for participants in an innovative project that supports jobseekers 50 years and over into paid work. We’ve adapted how the program is delivered to keep participants and the community safe during the COVID-19 pandemic.
A new telephone hotline is giving older Australians a one-stop source of information for personal support, questions and up-to-date guidelines related to COVID-19. The hotline will help older Australians get the critical information they need to stay healthy and safe during the pandemic.
