Random Acts of Exercise

Our Random Acts of Exercise program is a series of simple, fun activities that you can do every day, anywhere, and at any time.

To help you get started we kick off with a suite of videos designed to demonstrate a variety of simple exercises that you can do at home, in your everyday life. We encourage you to give them a go next time you are in the kitchen waiting for the kettle to boil!

Body balance exercises

The first set of videos focus on body balance and strength, which incorporates neck and shoulder mobility moves.

Core and Back Strength

In this set of videos we wake up our core muscles with this simple set of exercises you can do daily while going about your daily routine.

Chair Strength Exercises

With the assistance of a chair, either seated or standing, we focus on mobility and building strength in our calves, arms and waist.

Follow us on Facebook and watch our series unfold each week as we present a new random act of exercise for you to enjoy with your family and friends.
