The following instructors have completed specific training to ensure Strength for Life is delivered according to our guiding principles offering:
- Provide an individualised strength and balance program
- Keep fees at a minimum
- Provide opportunities to socialise and connect with others
If you have not previously attended a Strength for Life program, you will be asked to complete an assessment before joining the group program. This will be completed via Zoom and will be an opportunity to ask questions about the program and ensure that the program will be modified to your individualised needs.
